We went there on Sunday during our last day at Winston Salem. It's one of the few places that is Open before noon on a Sunday. There is plenty of parking outside. The restaurant is big and at the end you can see the fermentation tanks. They have a sitting area and a bar area. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. If you like their beer, in particular Sexual chocolate, there is no better place to get it fresh. We were quite surprised with the menu, everything looked delicious, we tried what the bartender recommended, the Turkey Sandwich, and holy banana it was delicious, one of the best turkey sandwiches I have ever had in my life. Really blew our minds. We will be back next time we are in the area. It's family friendly and I highly recommend it! 🔥🔥🔥
This was an amazing place to check out. The service from the very first moment of entering the establishment was outstanding. We were met by the Hostess Breanna with a big smile and enthusiastic energy even thou the place was super busy. Our waitress Maddie was knowledgeable of the menu and beer selection. She suggested several beers made right there that complemented my meal perfectly. Will say if you plan on partaking have a designated driver. The food was delicious and prepared exactly how we ordered it. Can't wait to visit this place again. Highly recommend.
Everybody knows that Cobb salads are messy. Mine was particularly so because the plate was (in my opinion) too small for a Cobb salad. When I cut the chicken, salad and toppings slipped off the plate. Let’s talk about the chicken… it had a wings-type of buffalo sauce. Not my idea of a Cobb chicken, but hey; I should have read all the specs. I won’t have that again. Actually, the salad did not make me happy, as some food really does. It was okay. My husband had wings and sweet potato fries along with a Pilsner. Give him a chicken bone to gnaw on and he’s a happy camper. We like Foothills. I just won’t have something silly, like a salad there. I’m sure you’ll love everything else, including the environment.
We had a blast tonight. The atmosphere is so fun! It was very clean and the staff were all so friendly. Plenty of inside seating and outdoor seating as well. We had smoked wings with sweet chili sauce and Brewhouse sauce on the side. They were delicious and cooked perfectly. The sauce had just enough heat. I also had a side salad that hit the spot too. I believe they had 15 beers on tap. I had the Festival Express Juicy IPA and it was wonderful. A friend had the Foothills pumpkin ale and loved it. They have events too. We sat on the patio so we could enjoy it. Pups are welcome out there too! We were here when Summer on 4th Music Series – Soul Jam was happening. People bring their chairs and sit on the street (they have shut down) and listen to live music from 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Everyone was dancing in the street and just having fun. What a great way to bring a community together! I sure wish we lived closer because I would be here all the time!
I went to the Foothills Brewpub for the first time 2 days ago for late lunch in the late afternoon.
The staff member that was dealing with me was very friendly & gave great food suggestions. He recommended me the elote pasta which consisted of grilled chicken, chorizo, leek, corn, parmesan with spicy chipotle sauce.
Elote pasta salad was just perfect, with so many different flavours that just melts one’s mouth. The size was of the dish was ideal, no starters was needed because it filled you up.
With the elote pasta salad, I had the tour pack flight beer taster.
The tour flight pack allows you to sample 4 different lovely tasty beers.
Then later on I had the 1000 smiles beer, tasty Pumpkin beer , and lastly a juicy juicy fruit IPA.
There was a great atmosphere at the microbrewery. A 2 band live concert play classics in folk-country style, which I enjoyed much. Foothills Brewpub seem to have live music regularly in their brewery, this helps liven up the atmosphere.
I recommend visiting this microbrewery for their food and beers.
It was my first time. It was a very nice, clean atmosphere. The staff were all pleasant. The service, food and drinks were great!
Amazing beer and food hands down! In-house made salad dressings, which so happened to make my delicious ceasar salad with fried crispy chicken. Amazing chilli, great option during the winter months. Again, the chilli is amazing. To finish it off, I had a glass of beer, the ^Thousand Smiles. In short, it was a thousand smiley experience.
Peace ❤️🤙
Great brewery in the downtown area. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The Cuban sandwich was awesome.
